Join your student for an unforgettable field trip to the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum! We offer a dynamic mix of guided tours and hands-on activities designed just for grades 3-12. These programs are interactive from start to finish, featuring a tour of the world's largest motorcycle collection, hands-on activities related to motorsports, and breathtaking views of our track. Cost

Adult Chaperone Field Trip tickets are $15/person. Teachers, bus drivers, and school staff do not require a ticket and receive free admission.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the field trip date in order to receive a 100% refund. If you need to cancel your attendance or have any questions related to the program, please contact us at education@barbermuseum.org.

Requirements

Chaperones are expected to:

  • Arrive at the museum on time and have their ticket with them.
  • Remain with and actively supervise their student group throughout the field trip.
  • Help students follow museum rules and instructions.
  • Assist museum staff and volunteers in maintaining and appropriate learning environment.
  • Help students safely transition between activities and exhibit areas.
  • Address student behavior concerns when necessary.
  • Remain engaged with the group rather than leaving students unsupervised or pulling students away from the group.

Adult Chaperone Field Trip Ticket

Museum admission for adult chaperones attending a school field trip at the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, valid anytime between October 2026-May 2027. The cost includes the ticket price plus 10% sales tax. This ticket will provide entry for 1 person to attend the education program and have access to the museum following the conclusion of the education program. Lunch is not included nor provided by the museum. This cannot be redeemed as a general admission ticket; it is only valid for education field trip programs.
